Day 1: Casablanca – Marrakech
On the first day, you'll begin your journey from Casablanca and head to Marrakech . Marrakech is a vibrant city, known for its bustling souks , historic palaces, and bustling Jemaa el-Fnaa Square . You'll explore the medina, visit the beautiful Bahia Palace , and immerse yourself in the city's colorful atmosphere. Overnight stay in a riad.
Day 2: Marrakech – Telouet – Ait Ben Haddou
From Marrakech, you'll head towards the High Atlas Mountains and visit the Kasbah of Telouet , the ancient stronghold of the Glaoui family . Continuing, you'll reach Ait Ben Haddou , a UNESCO World Heritage Site, famous for its well-preserved ksar (fortified village). You'll explore the ancient mud-brick buildings and this historic site. Day 3: Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Agdz – Draa Valley – Zagora (Camp)
This day will take you through several scenic locations. You will travel to Ouarzazate , known as the "Hollywood of Morocco" for its film studios and breathtaking landscapes. You will visit the Kasbah of Taourirt . From there, you will continue through Agdz and the Draa Valley , famous for its lush palm groves and traditional Berber villages. Finally, you will reach Zagora , where you can experience a camel-drawn desert camp , watch the sunset, and enjoy a peaceful night under the stars .
Day 4: Zagora – Taznakht – Taroudant
Leaving Zagora, you'll pass through Taznakht , a city renowned for its Berber carpets and traditional crafts . You can explore the local markets and perhaps purchase some unique souvenirs. Continuing, you'll reach Taroudant , a charming fortified city with narrow streets and splendid architecture. Stroll through the medina and visit the bustling souks.
Day 5: Taroudant – Agadir – Taghazout
From Taroudant, you'll head to Agadir , a modern coastal city with beautiful beaches . Spend some time relaxing on the beach or exploring the city's attractions. Day 6: Taghazout – Essaouira
Today, you'll travel to Essaouira , a picturesque coastal town famous for its blue-and-white medina and vibrant art scene. Day 7: Essaouira – Casablanca Airport
