You will begin your journey in Fes, the spiritual and cultural capital of Morocco.
From there, you'll cross the Middle Atlas Mountains and the Ziz Valley , stopping to explore the ancient cities of Midelt and Erfoud . You'll then continue to Merzouga , where you'll spend the night in a traditional Berber camp in the Sahara Desert. You'll explore the sand dunes of Erg Chebbi on camelback before heading to the Dades Gorges and Marrakech. Along the way, you'll have the opportunity to visit local villages , learn about traditional Berber culture , and admire breathtaking views of the desert landscape. This is an unforgettable experience that will leave you with lasting memories of Morocco.
Day 1: Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Ziz Valley – Erfoud
Camel ride and overnight stay in a desert camp
Start the day in Fez. Continue to Ifrane , known as "Little Switzerland" for its European-style architecture.
Continue to Azrou , a Berber town famous for its cedar forests, where you can admire Barbary macaques . Reach the Ziz Valley, a picturesque oasis with palm groves and the Ziz River.
Arrive in Erfoud , gateway to the Sahara Desert. Enjoy a camel ride through the dunes to reach a desert camp. Spend the night at the camp , immersing yourself in the magic of the Sahara.
Day 2: Excursion to Merzouga
Khamlia Village – Visit to the Nomads
Start the day with an excursion to Merzouga. Explore the charming village of Khamlia , known for its Gnawa music and culture . Immerse yourself in the traditional music and hospitality of the local community. Visit a nomadic family and discover their desert lifestyle. Enjoy the beautiful landscapes and serene desert atmosphere. Overnight in a desert camp.
Day 3: Merzouga – Jorf – Todra Gorges – Boumalne – Dades Gorges
After breakfast, depart from Merzouga. Continue to Jorf , a small village known for its palm groves. Visit the evocative Todra Gorges , where imposing rock walls surround a narrow canyon. Arrive in Boumalne Dades , a town located on the edge of the Dades Valley . Explore the Dades Gorges , famous for their spectacular rock formations.

Day 4: Dades Gorges – Kelaa Mgouna – Skoura – Ouarzazate
Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou – Kasbah of Telouet – High Atlas – Marrakech
After breakfast, continue your journey through the Dades Gorges. You will pass through Kelaa Mgouna , a town famous for its rose cultivation and its annual Rose Festival . You will visit the Kasbah of Skoura Amridil , a well-preserved fortified village. You will continue to Ouarzazate and explore the Kasbah of Taourirt , a historic fortress. You will visit Atlas Studios , one of the largest film studios in Africa.
You'll continue to Ait Ben Haddou , a UNESCO World Heritage site and an important kasbah. You'll explore the Telouet Kasbah, an ancient fortress that once belonged to the Glaoui family . You'll cross the High Atlas Mountains, enjoying the evocative landscapes. Finally, you'll reach Marrakech, where your journey will conclude.
